Druggie testing positive for Marijuana shocker!
Former NFL rushing champion, Ricky Williams tested positive for Marijuana again last month, a person familiar with the case said on Friday. This could delay his comeback until September.
Williams wanted to end his year away from American football (girly rugby) and sought to rejoin the Miami Dolphins. However following his latest scandal, clinicians in the NFL’s substance abuse program advised commissioner Roger Goodell to delay reinstatement.
However, Williams himself refuses to confirm the story saying (through his agent obviously. It seems it’s too much work for famous people to speak),
‘‘Due to the recent reports about me failing a drug test, I feel it is appropriate for me to issue this statement. Last month, following a psychological evaluation requested by the NFL, we - the psychiatrist and I - came to the realization that there were a few things I needed to iron out about myself in order to make my return to the NFL as successful as possible. I am an honest, God-fearing man who is intensely dedicated to being the best person I can be on and off the football field. There is no need to smear my name or to defame my character for the sake of news. When the time is right, God willing, I will be back on the field scoring touchdowns for whatever team is fortunate enough to believe in me.’’

And obviously you’re dedicated to being the best person you can be on and off the football field. I don’t think there was any doubt about that. Because drugs make you a good person. No, wait. I think I got that wrong.

It’s a shame that a half-baked organization like the NFL can harm a reputation like Ricky Williams. Yeah… he only got caught taking drugs, what was it… four? five times?
Instead of hating, I ,for one, feel that Ricky Williams should be hailed as the second coming of Christ. Or the first coming of the anti-christ… I want him to be someone I can throw rocks at. So maybe he could just carry on being Ricky Williams.
I know I shouldn’t pick on shy people with personality disorders… but I’m mean. And he’s richer than me. That gives me the right to abuse him. In any way I want.
Isn’t that what America is all about? Fighting the rich to give to the poor?
