When the Birits were asked which actor and actress aged the best, it was an (almost) clean sweep for both the winners. George Clooney, was chosen by 32% of the populace as the best vintage, while Dame Helen Mirren outshone even him, with a vote of 34%.

When asked as to who is the most talented upcoming actor and actress, the Brits packed their voting power behind the indigenous people of the Isles, Orlando Bloom and Keira Knightley (38% and 40% respectively).

After this however the list seemed to go off into farce, as names like Jessica Alba and Mischa Barton popped up (6% and 1% by the way).

You know how the Brits always try and act smarter than the Yanks? Well this poll truly shows that they’re not the sharpest tools in the shed either… The fact that Jessica Alba made it onto a list that contains the word “talent” speaks volumes.

Unless “talent” is followed by “… in taking of her clothes and showing off her great ass… I’d tap that… Yeah!”

Keira Knightley is surprised at her own fame, because she never thought she would reach such successes as she had.

“I never expected to have had the successes I have.

“When you’re acting, you escape the real world for about two minutes at a time… I would like to escape it much more.

“There are very few people who have careers like mine, where you can actually do it a lot.”

Way to be humble Keira, but I guess she’s stating the obvious. You know why I think she’s famous? Because the world is full of sick sick pedophiles, and since Keira looks like a boy, they can all pretend they like her and live out their sick sick fantasies…do you think I might be overdoing the psychology? Everyone told me doing psychology would make me mad…and it’s true.

Or something like that. Kiera Knightly, who’s currently dating actor Rupert Friend is scared that she’ll never have a “great romance” because she’s too busy with work and since she doesn’t like talking on the phone, long distance relationships are really difficult for her.

“Since I hate talking on the phone, I wonder how I would manage a long-distance relationship. I’m thinking about how I’m going to handle a great romance and how much I’d suffer or make the guy suffer if I disappear onto a film set for three months and then fall out of love with him.”

What bollocks Kiera, it’s just too easy to have a relationship over the phone. In fact, I can have a relationship over the net, until my online boyfriend started to get annoying and kept misscalling at 3 a.m. Now that’s just irritating, I need my beauty sleep. Keep this is mind every other boy who wants to have a chance with me…though I might just be talking to myself here.

Actress Anne Hathaway (same as William Shakespeares wife) says that there’s always immense competition for roles in Hollywood as she and other actresses her age such as Scarlett Johansson and Kiera Knightly compete for the same kind of roles.

“There are so many girls in Hollywood and we all look exactly the same. We all have the same experiences going into the industry. There are very few great parts to go around, so we all try to get them. There’s healthy competition, of course. But afterwards you give your actress friends a hug and say, ‘Look forward to the next one.’”

What do these actresses have in common? Beside the fact that they’ll bare all for their roles? Umm, I don’t know, will anyone please enlighten me? Well, they all acted in Disney movies once upon a time…Anne in Princess Diaries and its sequel, Scarlett in Home Alone 3 (Though that might not be a Disney movie, I’m too lazy to check) and Kiera in Pirates of the Carribean and it’s sequels (by the way, I can’t wait for the next movie! I can add to my fake DVD collection!)
