Well, that's a bit of an exaggeration but after the chemistry between Tabu and Amitabh Bachchan was commended in
Cheeni Kum (Less Sugar), Tabu will let Big B move on to younger co-stars.
Cheeni Kum director R Balki has started a new project entitled
Paa (Dad) and has pulled in Amitabh for the lead role along with Abhishek Bachchan and Vidya Balan. Vidya has the bad habit of being linked with all her co-stars but it's unlikely that it'll happen this time.
Sort story, I know, but don't feel like making fun of celebs tonight. More tomorrow!

Since I have readers who like Mallika Sherawat and since I like the readers, I won't go on my sad insulting spree again. Tabu and Mallika have never acted together (as far as I know) but directors are now preferring the screen-siren over more demure Tabussam (Yup, that's her real name).
The writer of
Maan Gaye Mughal-e-Azam, Cheel, says:
"I'm a writer. So I know exactly how to place an actor into a character. Yes, Tabu was to do the role. But the way I look at it now, the role is perfect for Mallika. If Naseeruddin Shah had done 'Black' wouldn't it have been different from the way Amitabh Bachchan played the character?"
Um, good point I guess. After the success of
Pyar Ke Side Effects, directors are hoping that Mallika and Rahul Bose can light up the screen again. Mallika won't be cast as her usual sex-bomb character either. Should be fun to see if she can pull this off.

Upen Patel
Who would have thought that Tabu and Upen Patel would have hooked up...but apparently, they did!
The two met at a club, and just from a few chats (and probably a few drinks), the two got really cozy and left the club kissing. I just wanna point out that she is 10 years older than him...so let's all give one big "EWWWWWWWW". There, now I feel better.
But I do have to say that Tabu has no taste...I don't care what you lot say, Upen is over-rated in looks and acting. Having a nice body does not make you hot...and that chin dimple...another EWWWW! Tigger speaks, so my conclusion is right, always.
