Well, Hrithik Roshan is a father again and finally, the name of his new baby boy is released. The poor kid has been saddled with the name Hridhaan. I never even knew the name existed but apparently all of Hrithik's kids will have the name beginning with 'Hr'.
Here is Suzanne Roshan with her new baby and her father reports,
“Hrithik’s bundle of joy is called Hridhaan. The name means ‘great heart’. By God’s grace, both mother and baby are doing fine.”
So here's my theory on their names. Suzanne picks a name and Hrithik picks a name and then they compromise. So for Hrehaan, Suzanne picked "Rehaan" while Hrithik yelled "Hrithik Jr.!". This time, Suzanne picked "Ridwaan" and Hrithik again yells out "Hrithik Jr.!" so we end up with Hridhaan.
By the way, apologies for not updating yesterday (well, apologies to our 3 regular readers), was just really busy.
Nah, nothing freaky like that. Zayed Khan has been quiet for quite a while and the birth of his new nephew gave him an opportunity to talk to the press. He talks about his own kid Zidaan and the perspective that the little guy has brought into his life, mainly because now he's not the baby in the family anymore.
“First my son Zidaan in January, now Hrithik and Susanne’s baby… Damn, I’m done being the baby of the family!”
“Every morning, I play for 45 minutes with Zidaan. It’s my way of connecting with God. It braces me to face the day. Zidaan has changed the course of my life and career. Just look at the films I was doing earlier and the line-up now. I guess patience pays. I’ve learnt the hard way that waiting for the right role is much better than doing the wrong films. I’m going to be 29 in two months. About time I found my bearings in life.”
That's nice...Zayed is growing up. He talks about the new Roshan baby,
"He’s so cute. He has Hrithik’s blue-green eyes. I think the child will look more like Hrithik than Susanne. I’m so happy to see a new generation of kids coming up in our family. Hopefully, there will be more actors coming from the Khan family.”
Ahhh, no, please no! I beg of you, no more celebrity offspring...I can't take it anymore! Make it stop!

Ah, all that waiting is over and Hrithik Roshan is a father again!
This morning at 11:27 am India Time, Suzanne Roshan gave birth to another baby boy. Yay for them! I'd make some joke about India's gender system (parents wanting boys rather than girls) but Hrithik Roshan did a good job with the Y-chromosomes and the Roshan name shall live on, preferably with a set of greeny-blue eyes.
The baby was born at Mumbai's Lilavati Hospital today and weighed 3.3 kg. My brother weighed more when he was born...hah, the new Roshan is a weakling. He's going to spend his school life getting beaten up by kids who'll laugh at him for having a father that wears leather vests.
But no one has to worry about that just yet. Doctor's report that mother and baby are doing well. Isn't Hrehaan Roshan so cute? Above, you see Hrithik playing with him during the promo shooting of Krazzy 4.
Is this a hint for anyone who's trying to steal Hrithik Roshan from Suzanne Roshan?
Well, that's not going to happen. Hrithik is completely committed to seriously pregnant wife Suzanne that he did not go to the Zee Cine awards in London this weekend. True, he didn't win anything...he wasn't even nominated for anything, but let's just pretend that he cares about his wife more than some award show.
Hrithik and Suzanne's second baby is due any day now and Hrithik says,
"I'm just not stepping out of Mumbai for some time now. That's why I had to say no to the Zee awards later this week in London. Right now I can't focus on any work that takes me outside Mumbai."
Jeez, it's just a baby...give someone a video camera and go to London. Yep, I'm usually that insensitive. After all, it's a Monday.
Or at least, his wife is. Sorry, this story might be a bit delayed but you have to look at the bright side, at least I gave it to you. If I stopped writing, where would you all be without your daily dose of Bollywood mania? Um, you'd go to another site, wouldn't you? Don't leave me!!! Please!
It was Rakesh Roshan who admitted that his bahu was pregnant and said,
“Yes one more Roshan is arriving. We just got to hear the news and are thrilled. It doesn’t matter if we have a grandson or a granddaughter anything is welcome as long as the baby is healthy and fine.
So Suzanne Roshan will probably be due in about 8 months or so...in October this year, there'll be another Roshan baby...Hrithik hopes it's a girl.

Now we just wait, twiddle our thumbs and wait for it to come out in theaters. Stars Aishwarya Rai and Hrithik Roshan are already celebrating, attending a wrap party with their spouses and dancing the night away. Well, not really, Hrithik and Suzanne left early but Ash and Abhi had fun, Abhishek Bachchan even playing at being DJ.
A source says:
"Hrithik, Abhishek and Ash were seen making the best out of their dancing skills. Though Hrithik and Susanne left a bit early, Ash and Abhishek continued to have a great time. Abhishek took over as the DJ while Ash and the rest of the gang were seen dancing to the songs that he played."
The movie is supposed to be released on 25th January 2008 but it may be a late with so many delays in production occurring. For the uninformed, the movie is about the alliance between the Mughal and Rajput empires, with the inter-religious arranged marriage of Emperor Akbar and princess Jodhabai. I love movies where arranged marriages work out...
Though Barbara Cartland may have stolen this plot for one of her books...huh? No, I don't read crap like Barbara Cartland. Ah, just stop reading and watch the promo above.

Ok, Hrithik Roshan is going to be a father again, How do we know? Well, his father Rakesh spilled the beans and obviously, the new baby will be here next year. Suzanne Roshan should take it easy though, she already has a 2-year old and with a new one on the way, she better calm down on the feverish urges to redecorate Rani's house.

Awwwww, by now you can tell that I'm a fan of Priyanka Chopra and she's quite cool.
The actress is finally getting her life in order, by decorating her new home; two connected flats, one for her and one for her parents because she can't imagine living without them. Seriously, how cute is that? How many people out there will actually admit that they love their parents, never mind ask them to live right next door to you.
Priyanka is having her flat decorated by Suzanne Khan and it's working out just how she envisioned it;
"And now it's now or never...It will be ready during Diwali. It will be two connecting flats, just like it was earlier on. My family would be staying in one flat while I'd be staying in the other. They've always given me my privacy. I'd never be comfortable without my parents by my side."
