Nikita Anand, Miss India 2003 still has to make her mark in Bollywood but until she does that (if she does that), she's making her mark at the local gym. Apparently she distracts or intimidates the men at her gym that her instructor recently told her,

"My instructor came up to me and asked me to slow down my daily workouts because it was intimidating the men who came there,"

Nikita is amused by this, but apparently, she's a serious health and fitness freak, so such a degree that her friends have encouraged her to write a book about it. She's considering it, but first wants to finish her next two films.

Yes, it's a boring story, it's a slow news day.

Nikita Anand, the newcomer in the industry is completely crazy. Instead of sitting around and eating donuts until she's fat, she works out assiduously (hehe, I used a big word) every day. Her co-stars in her new movie Dil Dosti Etc are surprised at why anyone wouldn't just want to stay on set and eat the free sandwiches all day. She's so passionate about gym that even the guys won't approach her.

"They never go ahead than a mere smile or a customary 'hi'. I guess, they are so taken aback by my seriousness to work out that they just prefer watching from a distance,"

Or maybe they just don't like you when you're all sweaty.

We've seen a multitude of Miss India's making it in Bollywood, Aishwarya Rai, Priyanka Chopra, Tunushree Dutta, Sushmita Sen...or at least you need to win some beauty pageant to get into the industry, as the above have done. Now you'll get to see Miss India 2003 Nikita Anand in a new movie and she's reported to be the next big thing; as most new actresses are. You can judge for yourself: her new movie is Dil Dosti Etc. On the other hand, Miss India 2007 feels that Bollywood is below her and she won't take anything below Hollywood. Sarah Jane Dias, Femina Miss India-World says:

"I am not really interested in Bollywood. What attracts me is Hollywood,"

So when will we see her in the latest Wal-Mart ad?
