Finally, pics are back up. That doesn't mean I'm a wordpress genius, just means I got lazy of trying and used another source for the photos. If the pics are a bit blurry or something...I don't know why! But at least they're back up!

So happy Monday all, I hope you had a brilliant weekend. Mine was extremely relaxing, except now I have to catch up on all the work I didn't do over the weekend. Maybe it's just me, but campus got a lot harder this semester!

So the latest story today, and to add another twist to the Katrina Kaif birthday fiasco, is that boyfriend Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan started bickering during the party. When will these guys ever grow up?

Even though the fight sounded very petty, it seems that Bollywood is breaking apart down the middle, with Shah Rukh supporters and Sallu supporters. It seems that Salman first took aim at Shah Rukh with a bottle of champagne and Shah Rukh retaliated with an evian water and even Aamir Khan got involved with a bottle of oil, so he could pour oil on troubled waters...get it? Heehee...Ok, I'm sugar high. Bad joke.

Salman did start the fight though, by comparing the ratings of 'Dus Ka Dum' and "Paanchvi Pass' and laughed at King Khan for not even pulling decent ratings. SRK was supposedly silent for most of the attack, until he retorted by saying something about Ash, which set Salman off again. And Aamir did try to intervene, to no avail. Unfortunately, there weren't any eyewitnesses, so no one can tell me if they had a food fight or not.

So now Salman's and Shah Rukh's supporters are coming up from the woodwork, with actors such as Fardeen and Zayed Khan, Ranbir and Kareena Kapoor all throwing in their lot with him and directors like Sajid Khan, Karan Johar, Farhan Akhtar and Yash Chopra supposedly siding with Shah Rukh.

Honestly, I don't care who wins, as long as there's a Bollywood-wide food-fight!

The cold war between the Bachchan and Kapoors has been ongoing ever since the engagement between Abhishek Bachchan and Karisma Kapoor was called off. I still don't know why that happened but since the two have moved on to greener pastures, it seems like they're not gonna act like 5-year-olds anymore.

Since Sarkar Raj premiered at IIFA, no one expected the Kapoors to attend, but Jaya Bachchan played the gracious hostess when Randhir and Rajeev Kapoor walked the red carpet and welcomes them warmly, since SR was a Bachchan family affair, containing Amitabh, Abhishek and Aishwarya Bachchan.

So we can all come out now? No foodfight?

(Dum dum dum -insert dramatic music here-) If it wasn't enough that one Kapoor annoys us endlessly, there's the unfortunate possibility that the other might return to the silver screens. There's been some reports that Karisma Kapoor may be making a come-back in Bollywood, after an absence of almost 5 years. And what's wrong with extending that sabbatical to 10 years? 20 years? Until I'm dead? Option 3 is best, I think. She's supposed to have signed up for the remake of a Tamil film... But...before you all start gouging your eyes out, her ex-manager Zahid Khan says,

"No, this is not true. There has been no meeting with Lolo. I have nothing to say on the subject,"

Whew, guess my death-threats-via-ESP worked. Don't diss the power of the mind, people, it works.

I don't know how happy parents are when their kids start gyrating to 'Yeh Mera Dil' (which basically is supposed to be a seductive song) but Kareena Kapoor is delighted that her niece enjoys the song and breaks into dance whenever she sees her aunt. Karisma Kapoor's daughter Samaira has been totally impressed with the seductive qualities of her Aunty Bebo and we may even see her in cinema's eventually, being another annoying as hell child actor, but until then, she makes Kareena happy by twirling around the room in her mum's gold lamé dress. Even though it's been a few months since the movie came out, Kareena still raves about her item dance.

"Very frankly I did the Yeh mera dil song in Don because of Shah Rukh. My ultimate wish is to do a full-on love story with him. But when Farhan Akhtar offered me the song I wondered if doing a guest appearance was right for me. But the temptation for doing a song with Shah Rukh got the better of me." "It's got me tremendous notice. My niece Samaira has become my biggest fan. She dances to the song. And the minute she sees me she starts singing Yeh mera dil pyar ka deewana."

And yet, no one sees how sad it is that a 2 year old has no better role model than Kareena.

Except its not really a diss, it's more like a subtle attempt at being a juvenile, except that it's not subtle, so its basically Kareena acting like a grade 3 kid. There has always been tension between the Bachchan's and the Kapoor's after Karisma Kapoor and Abhishek Bachchan basically broke up before just going up the aisle...or around the mandir, whatever. I'm not 100% sure what the story is and why they broke up, nut now Abhi and Karisma are both married to other people but the two families don't act with each other. Usually it was Abhishek pulling out of projects where it was likely that Kareena would be cast, but this time Kareena gave him a taste of his own medicine, despite him agreeing to work with her this time. Director Apoorva Lakhia is surprised that Kareena turned down the role because she would have to star opposite the Junior Bachchan. You know, pride is pride, but I'm not really sure if Kareena is in the position to the turning down roles with Abhi, who's the Golden Boy of Bollywood now. Now you see, that was a subtle diss!

It is my great pleasure to inform you that Kareena Kapoor is a hobo, a tramp, an unemployed person. She seems to be on a non-stop train to cinematic failure. She’s made some good career choices, but now she’s making bad choice after terrible choice. Times of India say

It is evident from the fact that she has been unceremoniously dropped from all her projects. She has been replaced in Kismet Talkies after Hrithik Roshan refused to work with her, then she walked out from Harry Baweja's Love Story 2050 because she wanted to work with Shah Rukh Khan in Ram Gopal Varma's Time Machine . Unfortunately, Ramu decided to shelve the film after he had a fall-out with Shah Rukh Khan. Thereafter, Kareena made a conscious effort to get back into Karan Johar’s camp and finally they agreed to work with each other. Kareena was signed for Tarun Mansukhani's film opposite Abhishek Bachchan, but she was again replaced by Karan Johar because Bachchan Jr didn't want to work with Kareena Kapoor, or anyone else from ex-flame Karisma Kapoor's family. “Kareena called Karan and spoke to him at length about this film. But Karan seems to be caught in a crossfire. He can't afford to upset Abhishek Bachchan by pleasing his friend Kareena. It seems that Kareena is really upset with Karan, though she refuses to admit it in public," says our source. Thereafter, she signed Shyam Benegal's Chamki Chameli , but due to some creative conflict, she was replaced by Urmila Matondkar. In fact, Madhur Bhandarkar had offered her Konkona Sen Sharma's role in Page 3 which she had refused, and later on she also turned down Shyam Benegal's film because she thought that she was not mature enough to play that role. When we contacted Shyam Benegal, he refused to comment, stating that it's too early to talk about the project. In fact, Kareena had signed Mani Ratman's film Lajjo with Aamir Khan and she even lost weight to fit the character’s profile. But Mani has had some problem with Aamir Khan and the film has been postponed till the time they can both work amicably with each other.

Isn’t that flippin’ hilarious? I mean, stupidity is one thing, but Kareena takes the cake. This isn’t as stupid as the time I thought it would be clever and sell ice on the net. It was a great idea, I mean, who doesn’t want big blocks of ice? Sculptors, fakirs who practice self-control by sitting on them, people who eat ice like me…I guess my clever marketing ploys didn’t work…who knew that throwing ice blocks at people’s cars didn’t encourage them to buy some from you.

I don't know what the Bachchan's and Rai's are doing, but they might be trying to make their kid's weddings as uncomfortable as possible. Aishwarya's old flame, Salman Khan has been invited to the wedding, though there are no reports of Vivek Oberoi or Karisma Kapoor having received royal invitations. You know what I think? Abhishek Bachchan won the genetic lottery...he's not good-looking, he's just tall and most importantly, he's a Bachchan. His Mom wanted him to marry Preity, his dad wanted him to marry Rani and he still ended up with a Miss World. Yay for him. Since the wedding is supposed to be a private affair with close friends and family only, I wonder where Salman stands...
