What do Harry Potter and Hari Puttar have in common?

Ask Warner Bros., who are suing the makers of Hari Puttar: A Comedy of Terrors, because the name resembles the wizard boy franchise a bit too much. Hari Puttar stars Jackie Shroff and even has an item song by Shamita Shetty. I wonder how long it'll take to sort this mess out.
