Clearly someone has way too much time to think, but I'm glad because there's at least one story to write about Shahid this week.

Shahid seems to have a strange way of bringing luck onto himself. It seems that whenever he acts in a film directed by Ken Ghosh, a little pain seems to be good for his kismat. When Shahid acted with Amrita Rao is Ishq Vishk, he hurt himself early on in the shooting and the movie became a hit. Shahid then teamed up with Ken again when he acted with Kareena Kapoor in Fida. Once again, he hurt himself during the film and even though Fida bombed, the good luck was that Shahid and Kareena started their relationship. Really? That was a good thing?

Shahid's next movie with Ken, which may be called Star or Yahoo (man, that's just a lawsuit waiting to happen) is already looking good. No one knows what the story line is or who his co-stars are yet but shooting has begun and Shahid has hurt himself again. Ken supposedly thinks that the movie is now going to be a hit.

I think this is the first time I've heard of a director who rejoices in his actor's injuries.

Anyways, I have a terrible cold, so I'm planning to spend the weekend in bed. Stay warm and have a brilliant weekend.

While Priyanka Chopra and Harman Baweja hope that Love Story 2050 will be a hit, they may be hoping that they both flop for their next movies.

Ironically enough, their films following LS2050 are set for the same release date so Harman and Priyanka will be facing off, to see who can bring the most crowds into the cinema's. Harman's Victory and Priyanka's Fashion are both to be released 14th November and it looks like it was director Ajit Pal who pulled the trigger as Fashion had already set it's release date several weeks ago. Hmmm, or maybe Harman heard about it from Priyanka and told Ajit who decided to make a competition out of it?

Victory is about a young cricketer from a rural area who strives to become a successful cricketer for himself and his father (Anupam Kher). Harman's leading lady is Amrita Rao and cricketers such as Brett Lee and Brian Lara are set to make cameo appearances.

Fashion is a story about the fashion world, focusing on cat-walk models and not much else is known about it. Kangana Ranaut also stars with Priyanka and Karan Johar and designer Manish Malhotra will be making cameo appearances.

Which one will you be watching?

We're used to Shahid Kapoor and Amrita Rao acting together but it looks like we might see Shahid and another Ami together, Big B that is, together in a modernization of Oliver Twist.

And so am I. What Harman Baweja is saying, in his very nice Hindi written by moi is that he's feeling sleepy. Harman recently gave an interview, where he describes his work schedule, which has become unbelievably hectic. So what exactly is keeping the poor guy busy?

"Promotion of Love Story 2050 is heating up and it is obvious that I make sure to give it my all. Apart from involving myself in round the clock promotion, I am also wrapping up the dubbing for the film. Now you have to sound fresh and energetic every time behind the mike so I do try to find means all the time to make sure that any tiredness doesn't reflect in my dialogue delivery", "While I am busy dubbing in the night, my day time goes into the shooting of Victory. The film is fast reaching the finishing line and again for being in front of the camera, one has to get the right expressions on with the key words being ‘looking fresh’",

No word on how he feels about acting with Amrita Rao but he did say that he's lucky to get four hours of sleep every night. Hah, I wish I could sympathise, but I got less than that last night, then I wrote an exam, then I went shopping...I'm not sure why I went shopping, but it was totally worth it except now my brain hurts...and my hand hurts. I wrote 10 pages in 2 hours!

Poor Harman Baweja. While he waits for Love Story 2050 to come out, he's already working on other projects. And apparently, he's working really hard. Harman is working with Genelia D'Souza, a Southern actress in Boney Kapoor's new film, entitled It's my Life. he tells us a bit about the movie and the title,

"That's the name Anees Sir has chosen. It may change. But we all like. Because it's about this rich subdued boy who's petrified of his girlfriend's father Nana Patekar and stands for hours outside her house gathering the courage to face him. It's all about how the boy finally takes charge of his life."

Um, isn't that stating the obvious. And if this movie involves a guy just standing outside a girl's window and weeping, I'm not watching it! I've had enough of weeping guys...yeah, guys weep over me...and by 'weep' I mean ignore completely, so yeah, I'm sick of that! His other movie Victory with Amrita Rao is still filming and bechara Harman couldn't take the sun in Australia and had a bad case of sun stroke,

"Yes, I've suffered terrible headaches and a sun stroke. It comes from being made to do what I hate the most, shooting long hours in the sun. For the last one week I've been indulging in the national passion, Cricket. And I'm not talking about watching IPL matches. I've been playing cricket in the scorching sun for my film Victory where I play a national-level cricketer." "I can't stay out in the sun for more than four weeks. In this case there was no time for me to rush back into my van between shoots. We shot almost non-stop to catch the light. On Saturday I shot almost continuously from 7 in the morning till dusk. And the result is I'm sick."

Hmm, sounds like a possible lawsuit. Bring it on, it might get him some more publicity before LS2050 comes out.

Amrita Rao is very sweet, so I guess you can find her self-confidence refreshing rather than annoying. The Pyare Mohan starlet thinks that she's all ready for Hollywood...she just needs to be discovered now. Maybe someone should show them her Vivah performance. Read more about it here.

Yet Veer Zaara has a much better ring to it. Guys, it looks like Amrita Rao may be off the market. Now note, because I'm a girl, I can refer to other girls as commodities but under no circumstances am I condoning this from the male population. Now that that public message has been given, back to the story. Amrita recently shot a video with Pakistani band Jal and according to reports, got on great with lead guitarist Goher Mumtaz (the male-looking individual below). Actually, he's not bad looking, really. The Pyare Mohan starlet has coyly avoided any questions about the relationship, saying,

"Truth has its own way of revealing."

Someone please tell her that sounding like a fortune cookie does not make you deep. Reports have also suggested that Goher is making frequent trips to Mumbai and has plans to take her to Pakistan, once the bombings stop. Amrita and Goher sitting in a tree...

Let's start the weekend with some Shahid Kapoor news. Shahid Kapoor has been having some trouble with his mother of late (like the last four years) since her remarriage but now it seems like things are going to be OK. For those of you who don't know, Shahid Kapoor was three when his parents divorced and his mother, Neelima Azim, brought him up alone. So obviously the bond between mother and son is strong but was strained when a new man came into her life, Raza Ali Khan (after Veer-Zaara, I can't like the name Raza anymore). He disagreed with his mother's choice of husband but even though it seemed he was getting over it, mother and son slipped further and further away. A source reports,

"Shahid was not comfortable when Neelima informed him that she was marrying Raza. He had strong reservations about the marriage and he told his mother about it. He told her that she should take some time before taking the plunge. However, Neelima had her own reasons to not delay the marriage." "After Neelima’s marriage, Neelima and Shahid began moving apart emotionally. Shahid used to visit her, but the visits became fewer and far in between. However, it seems to be a case of ‘all’s well that ends well’ now. Some time back, Shahid and Raza met to try and break the ice and are on better terms now. It is not easy for Raza too, so both Shahid and Raza have to make a lot of effort in the days to come,"

And now mummy dearest is making her own movie and would love Shahid to be in it, along with Amrita Rao. That sounds like a great idea...bring back the golden couple! Happy Easter all!

A nice easy post this one is...Happy Valentine's Day everyone...since I don't believe in the commercial holiday, which is nothing more than an excuse to make guy's feel guilty, girls feel stupid and everyone wastes money on tacky teddy bears and plastic roses. Or at least, Shahid Kapoor thinks that everyone wants him. Since being single, his acting and bachelor status have gone up and all his co-stars know they’re going to be linked him. When Shahid invited Amrita Rao to his premiere of Jab We Met, he joked that she wasn’t being loving enough and better change her tone to get the things right…for the paparazzi at least.

"Hey…you can't be so dry with me…Be a little more romantic, don't you know we are supposed to be having an affair right now."

Hehe, cute, if it wasn’t so arrogant. I don’t like Shahid much anymore.
