We've all kinda gotten use to Bebo-Saif's fights but this is the first time that a marital dispute has been reported between Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai. Strangely enough, this fight also took place during the IIFA weekend but it took them so long to report it.

The story is that Ash is kind-of a loudmouth and this got on Abhi's nerves while he was with her. Even though he told her to calm down and speak more lowly, she ignored him and continued to squawk and squeal.

When the left the festivities and returned to their hotel, it was there that Abhishek supposedly confronted her about her need to draw attention to herself (touchy) and they hashed it out in the middle of the foyer and eventually Abhi asked security guards to escort Ash out of the building back to her room. And no one says when he returned there himself.

Oh well, I lost my bet that they would break up within a year a while ago...maybe they're in it for the long term and we can tell our kids about them as my parents talk about Amitabh and Jaya.

A few days ago, I failed to report that Abhishek Bachchan was accused of slapping a spot boy on the sets of Drona. Supposed eyewitnesses say that Abhishek was acting like a diva on the sets, demanding that the spot boy fetch things from his car, make his tea and do menial jobs. Later he told the boy to put off a fan (dunno why, since I'm pretty sure that India is scorching) and when the boy didn't do that, Abhishek lost his temper and slapped him. The source continues to say that the boy then quit the set because he was so hurt and insulted. You know what he should have done? Threatened to press charges.

Anyways, now Amitabh Bachchan has come out on his blog to say that the story is a load of crap and Abhishek would never do such a thing.

"Abhishek does not have the ability to strike a fly. He does have the ability though to attract incongruous and totally incorrect press. There has been absolutely no such incident on set. It is a fabrication of the highest order."

He carries on to say that there is a conspiracy plot where the media has set itself out to malign him and his family. Um, in a way that's true, but that's true on any celebrity. They will have fans and not fans and people who purposely go out of their way to make up stories to make them look good or bad. Either way, I doubt the rumour-mongers have anything personal against the Bachchan's, it's just a matter of selling the magazine, newspaper or bringing the traffic onto a website. "Abhishek Bachchan lashes out against an innocent lad" sounds way more juicy than "A story which was never a story".

I, on the other hand, am a responsible blogge--- HAHAHA, nevermind.

And I don't mean he's getting fat. That's Abhishek's problem.

The producers of Amitabh Bachchan's new film, Aladdin, are not impressed by their star actor's behaviour.

Firstly, he released pictures from the set before the movie even started it's official promotions. You can check out the pics here and here. They also don't appreciate the fact that he gave out production secrets like the green screen in the back is the place where they digitally insert the background. I never knew that was a secret...

Secondly and finally (mental note: learn how to make up new points), Amitabh has also asked for more money and has insisted at some moments that scenes had been shot perfectly when the director wished to shoot them again.

Well, how much can people argue? He's still Big B.

All Abhishek Bachchan fans may want to avoid his soon to be released Drona. All Priyanka Chopra fans will definitely want to see her soon to be released Drona. In the movie, it's long been known that Priyanka will be laying a bodyguard type role and the guy she'll be babysitting is Abhishek Bachchan.

Now, she's not only babysitting him, she's totally emasculating him as all the action scenes and most of the movie is supposedly dominated by Priyanka's butt kicking.

A source says,

"Abhishek will hardly be seen in the film, while Priyanka will dominate all the action scenes. The film is said to be a magnum opus as the producers have spend a lot of money on the action and special effects. The sets have also been magnanimous."

"What is surprising is that Abhishek will be a disappointed after seeing the movie. Until now those who have seen the rushes of the film say that despite being made on a 90 crore budget, the film might not live up to audience's expectations. The junior Bachchan will be seen in smaller footages and even the climax scenes have been totally dominated by Priyanka's action sequences."

So this is basically a movie where Priyanka flies around a lot, doing frequent bicycle kicks and upper-cuts and there is no story. So it's kinda like watching The Matrix trilogy? I'd rather rip out my eyeballs and eat them than watch that again.

Why don't filmmakers get it? If your storyline sucks and the acting is pathetic, then spending a whole bunch of cash on special effects isn't going to make a difference!

Here's the people who won at the IIFA awards. Guess what, it wasn't Shahid Kapoor, it wasn't Abhishek Bachchan and the best actor wasn't there to accept his award.

The cold war between the Bachchan and Kapoors has been ongoing ever since the engagement between Abhishek Bachchan and Karisma Kapoor was called off. I still don't know why that happened but since the two have moved on to greener pastures, it seems like they're not gonna act like 5-year-olds anymore.

Since Sarkar Raj premiered at IIFA, no one expected the Kapoors to attend, but Jaya Bachchan played the gracious hostess when Randhir and Rajeev Kapoor walked the red carpet and welcomes them warmly, since SR was a Bachchan family affair, containing Amitabh, Abhishek and Aishwarya Bachchan.

So we can all come out now? No foodfight?

And wants others to be like that too.

I think Abhishek Bachchan is really cool, by not jumping onto the steroid-produced six-pack bandwagon. It's cute and very endearing about how he thinks that having a natural one pack is the way to go...

"I will not go for six-packs. I am not doing anything to get it. I am very happy with my one-pack and I would love to hold on to it. In fact, I would like every one to go back to one-pack,"

Abhishek also insists that blogging is not for him, since his father is a punctual blogger, he wouldn't be able to follow the same schedule because his shooting schedules change and he spends a lot of his time out of doors.

I'm sure the one pack thing is all publicity to get people to think he's a nice, normal, down to earth guy...well, it worked.

I never thought I would see the day but Amitabh Bachchan and son Abhishek are taking the family thing a bit too far!

The actors will be together in Vidhu Vinod Chopra's Talisman and are hoping to make it a family affair. Will they put enough pressure on the director to get Ash in the movie?

Hi all, feeling a bit sick today, hence the late updates. Not a nice way to start the holiday when you feel like throwing up half the time but oh well, better to feel sick at home than be sick on campus.

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie recently bought a house for a mere $75 million, so it makes sense that the Brangelina of Bollywood should also buy a house. Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya RAi have recently invested in a villa in Dubai.

It's not to live in though and the smart couple have decided that this was a good time to invest in Dubai (you know, before the Americans invaded ;-)) and have bought the resort type villa for an undisclosed amount. All we know is that's it's somewhere in the range of AED 15 million to AED 35 million. Hmm, not too shabby and they'll have Shah Rukh Khan as a nieghbour...maybe.

Abhishek says,

"Dubai is special to us not just as a place where we enjoy great warmth and generosity in terms of love from the people, but it's become a remarkable place and one that is so close to home for us,"

Some people have suggested that the house was bought so Ash could hide away from the world while she's pregnant but she dismisses these rumours,

"I am sitting here in front of you. So, it is not true that we have got a bungalow in Dubai to hide (pregnancy) from the media,"

I don't know if Abhishek was in a bad mood that day or he was just being flip with the media and added to Ash's comments,

"We are not expecting a baby. In case we do, we will let you know. We will not rob you of that moment,"

Yeah, like journalists have nothing better to do than wait for them to announce a pregnancy. Puh-leez, I have a life, I have family and friends, I have things to do...I'm sure that's a baby-bump I see on Ash however.
