Apparently Shahid Kapoor was getting very bored in Canada because he found lots of time to play jokes on his co-stars during the shooting of Kismat Konnection.
The short version of the story was that co-star Vishal Malhotra (who also played sidekick Mambo in Ishq Vishk) was done shooting for the day and left to his hotel room. Director Aziz Mirza wanted to shoot another scene however and Shahid took advantage of it by calling Vishal and telling him that Aziz was quite upset that he left the set.
Shahid then told the crew to act very serious around Vishal, to give the idea that he was in really big trouble. As Vishal rushed back to the set, sweaty and out of breath, the crews attitude scared him until he ran into producer Ramesh Taurani, who gave the game away.
“I can’t believe I actually fell for it. They all held up well, ”
“Thank god for Rameshji who gave the joke away. Thank God!
I was so nervous. Shahid and I have known each other from Ishq Vishk days and we keep pulling these wise one on others but never expected him to pull this one on me.”
“Look out Shahid I owe you one, ”

I think media is not getting enough news about Shahid. They keep on snooping into Kismet Connection sets for titbits which completed shooting. Today there is news again about vidya and shahid. Merry go round.
