Shahid celebrates SC’s 1000th post
Author: tigger // Category: Ram Gopal Varma, Shahid Kapoor
Hi all, guess what? Today, SoggyCornflakes Bollywood has reached the 1000th post mark. Why am I celebrating this? I'm not sure, probably because I forgot when SC had a birthday, so I just need an excuse to celebrate something on this blog.
And since I have to take the day off tomorrow, I'm pulling the Shahid Friday post to today. So in Shahid news today,
Did you know that Kismat Konnection and Ram Gopal Verma's Contract are set to be released on the same day? But honestly, I don't think July 18th is going to be a huge problem, since both movies appeal to different kinds of audiences. If you want a fun, sweet romcom, you're going to see KK. If you want to see terrorists and fighting, then you'll see Contract. They're not in direct competition with each other.
An older story about Shahid shooting in Canada, he even has enough fans there to be mobbed by a group of more than 2000 people, of which 99% must have been screaming girls. Since shooting was impossible in that crowd, Shahid had to wait for a few hours in a nearby hotel and only emerged at 3AM to finish the scene.
Well, at least directors and producers can be happy at that attention. Kismat Konnection should be worried about Contract? I think not.
And I'm out, have a good Friday and Saturday and Sunday. Oh, and thank you to all the readers who have read this blog and other sections of SoggyCornflakes, it's you who've allowed us to be one of the top 550 000 websites on the internet. It sounds bad but when you think about the 20 million websites around, those numbers are kinda OK. Hopefully it'll get better.
Cheers all!

Shahid’s disappearing again, he doesn’t seem to promoting KK as much as he was doing JWM. Despite a new movie coming up, impossible to get news on cutie pie
Vidya Balan seems to be everywhere these days but no Shahid!
Sorry to break your heart Tigger, he got mobbed in Mumbai. We (and Shahid) only wish he had that many fans in Canada

If by any chance you are wondering why I did not reply to your reply of my “psychoanalysis of world population” post,it was because it would have been futile replying to the conclusions you drew from my post. All of them,I am sorry to say, were beside the point…
Coming back the cutee and HOTT Shahid,as the denizens on youtube seem to put it,I find him singularly the most uninteresting personality in the industry right now.He suffers from facial paralysis if you ask me-he is either wooden or he makes faces while acting-besides going back to my point about “actorly bodies” accomplishing functions on screen,I find his persona to be extremely dour.If I were to play director for a second here,I see nothing about him that I would want to tap.

Oh thanks Sarah, my mistake. I think we’ll see a re-emergence of Shahid in the next two weeks, KK is almost out, he has to do publicity for it.
Thanks again Perx.
Ah Spike, my most favouritest commenter in the whole wide world! You are more than welcome to your opinion. I’m not going to argue with you why I think Shahid is good. It’s a pointless exercise.

Youre very mature. Thats why i prefer to read your blog. I dont know why people get into arguments and fights as soon as some one talk about the celebs. “I like your spirit and diplomacy in controlling the people”. I just gone through karan johar’s blog. He was good but the visitors made it a dogs fight.

Thank you Appu. Can’t say that I’m very mature, lol, but I don’t see the point of getting into fights with strangers over the internet.
