Hrithik Roshan is a method actor and even if he has to research history (Jodha-Akbar), practice on wires (Krissh) or hunt out aliens (Koi...Mil Giya), he'll do it! Ok, I may be exaggerating the alien part but the point is, Hrithik works hard to make his characters work.
Now his new role in Kites involves Hrithik playing an American-Indian (is that even a classification?) and to get it right, he's learning how to speak English in an American accent. He's getting special lessons and an instructor is teaching him how to achieve the perfect American twang.
Kill me, kill me now before I have to listen to that. No offense to any Americans on this blog (please don't hate me) but most Americans have very annoying accents...on the other hand, South African accents can be annoying too. Is it OK to insult other people if you insult yourself as well?
By the way, speaking of accents and talking, what do you guys think of a Bollywood podcast? Nothing hectic, like a 5-10 minute podcast every month or so? Leave your opinions in the comments.

really u don’t like american accents? I only understand those… and i think i have a hint of it in my speech too..
and a podcast, i gotta say is a gud idea, but would u be able to handle it, with sc/bollywood and sc/celebrities, the moviezen blog, a personal blog and studies??

What do you mean by American accents? The stuff in movies and TV shows isn’t what I’m talking about, those are fine. It’s accents like George Bush’s accent grates on the ears.
Wow, you actually know what I do online, lol, well, SC Bollywood won’t suffer and I’ve given up on celebrities because it’s so boring. My schedule is pretty flexible, anyways, the main point of it was if anyone was really interested in hearing it…

WOW!thats exactly why his accent in Jodha Ak’Bore’ was so hatingly careful,and perhaps that is why he played an autistic child like a royal ham

Nope Spike, I have no idea, I just say stuff like that to make people think I know what I’m talking about, lol, like some other people I could mention. You know dude, I think you just like to criticize, but whatever. Fine, you think Hrithik isn’t a good actor and you hate his movies, gotcha, but other people do like his movies and his characters.
I mean, I can’t give opinions to please everyone, so chill.
