Aamir Khan, of Lagaan fame (OR of Fanaa, Rang De Basanti, Rangeela, ADD MOVIE HERE fame) spoke a bit tot soon at the press conference of the DVD release of Lagaan.
He said,
“Every Indian should have Lagaan DVD”
You know, Aamir always struck me as intelligent… but this? So the people in the streets of Bombay who can’t afford a chapati a day should scrounge money for a couple of years, sacrificing their families lives, in the hope that they can one day buy Lagaan, then they’ll pop it into their bed and it will keep them warm, and protect them from rats and provide a constant source of food.
They can also laugh at Aamir Khan’s bowling action when they pop the movie into their imaginary DVD player. Comedy Gold!!!
I’m sure their dead relatives will applaude their initiative.
