Aamir Khan interview on childrens day

Even though Aamir Khan’s personal life isn’t looking that great, he’s looking forward to release of his new movie Taare Zameen Par (Stars are on the Ground) in which he plays a teacher to a dyslexic child. The movie is releasing on 21st December this year and Aamir recently gave an interview on Children’s Day on radio speaking about the movie, his role and how incredibly special children are. Aamir has not only produced this film, he’s directed and is obviously starring in it.

“Children’s minds are alive at a young age and they absorb anything that they find interesting,”

“Every child is special and there is something special about every child. It is our responsibility to identify and nurture the special trait in every child,”

Um, that’s really deep Aamir…and strangely enough, we all already know that. How come he didn’t speak about dyslexia…psychiatric disorders are always harder to deal with when you’re Indian, because we don’t like thinking that there could be anything wrong with our kids. And that’s it for the week. Have a good weekend everyone!
