Kangana bitches it up

Posted by tigger in Bobby Deol, Celina Jaitley, Kangana Ranaut, Upen Patel

Kangana

Well, I guess there’ll always be a difference between actresses who’ve been in the industry for a while and new-comers. The new ones are big-mouthed bitches who think they’re more important than they are.

Shaka Laka Boom Boom has had a few kinks during production, mostly from actress Kangana Ranaut, who refused to learn English for the role and them moaned when she was dubbed by another actress (who could have been co-star Celina Jaitley). The next problem arose since Kangana thinks that Celina was given more preferential treatment on set.

The cold-war comes from Kangana’s side only apparently, because she resents Celina and the attention she gets from their other co-stars (Bobby Deol, Upen Patel).

Kangana and her hairdresser would talk and bitch about Celina in Himachali language saying ‘billi aa gayi’ etc, under the impression that Celina wasn’t familiar with the language.

But Celina is the daughter of an army man, has lived all over the country and understands many local languages. However she chose to maintain a dignified silence.”

I’m not suer what Himachali langauge is, but it sounds like hindi/urdu, “Billi aa gayi” means “the cat is here”…so not only is Kangana a witch, she’s also stupid, since anyone can understand that. Oh well, I guess this is what happens when you have a pretty successful girl like Celina and a mop-headed average-looking actress like Kangana.

Everyone is getting tired of Salman and Katrina

Posted by tigger in Katrina Kaif, Salman Khan

Katrina Kaif is using her boyfriend’s reputation and temper to make sure that she gets her way every time. Katrina is taking advantage of dating one of Bollywood’s Khans and whenever she feels that she’s being innapropriately treated or not being given enough importance (in her mind) she’s quick to call Salman Khan who’s even quicker at yelling at designers, directors or whoever is giving her problems.

In a recent incident reported by the media, while filming on the sets Katrina was upset because her costume did not fit her. She summoned her costume designer who with remarkable indiscretion and brutal frankness told Katrina that the poor fit was on account of her flabby figure!

Understandably, Katrina lost it! We were not there but she may well have looked like the similarly named storm that hit New Orleans. She immediately picked up the phone and asked Salman to ‘resolve’ the problem.

Her tears and trauma at being called ‘flabby’ aggravated Sallu so much that he immediately came to the sets and screamed at the designer.

I can imagine it, Katrina clinging to Salman’s shoulder, sobbbing “He called he fat!”. He strokes her back, and whispers something in her ear, she lifts her head and smiles a beautific smile “Really? Ok, you hold him and I’ll punch him in the stomach.”

Brett Lee doesn’t know when to quit…

Posted by The other guy in Asha Bhosle, Brett Lee

Breitie

Brett Lee still has aspirations in Indian cinema despite the video you see here…

He is currently back in India, after being forced to leave the World Cup due to an ankle injury. It is reported that the Australian speedster is learning Hindi back home and plans to join the Bollywood bandwagon as soon as he retires.

He says,

“I am excited to be in India once again. India keeps me attracting as I love Indian people.”

Now, you can see his earlier cinematic “masterpiece” featuring Asha Bhosle, Can you tell a girl

I don’t even need to make fun of this do I? Just look at him!!! HAHAHAHA!

Katrina, “I’m my own man!”…

Posted by The other guy in Katrina Kaif, Salman Khan

(The usual loser that writes here is sick today… so I’m filling in… visit us (me, married_man and soon crazy_gal) on SoggyCornflakes.com - Sports)

Katrina Kaif is ecstatic after her latest release Namastey London recieved aclaim from Bollywood film critics. She said,

“Yeah the film is doing well. And I think I’ve finally proved my critics wrong. Not that Namastey London is my first successful film. My first film Maine Pyar Kyun Kiya and then Sarkar were also successful. But, it’s good to be recognised for a film that revolves around you,”

What she’s not happy about are suggestions that her role in Subhash Ghai’s new directorial venture Main Yuvraj is a result of her relationship with Salman Khan.

To this she says,

“To think Salman got me Subhash Ghai’s film is ridiculous especially when I have Namastey London to my credit now. Actually I met Subhashji long before. He had offered me a film. I think it was Kisna . He asked Vipul Shah to show him my work in Namastey London before finalising me for Main Yuvraj . That’s how I think he decided on casting me,”

Charming… Either this chick is genuinely naive… or in a state of serious denial.

It’s almost as bad as the time that B**** Margaret told me Santa isn’t real… what a dumbass…

Obviously that has nothing to do with denial. Just facts. And Santa is real. He is. He is. He is.

Tinu Verma beats people up

Posted by tigger in Aamir Khan, Miscelaneous

Who’s Tinu Verma you ask? Yeah, I don’t know either. All I know is that he’s a Bollywood director (oh, and he’s the flippin’ ugly bad guy from the Aamir Khan flop film Mela) and he’s been accused of of assault by male model Vijay Mishra. Mishra says Verma beat him up with a beer bottle and punched him because Mishra was dancing with fellow model Meghana Patel.

Verma says Mishra is just trying to get publicity through him and no such incident took place, except that Vijay was hitting on one of the girls at the venue, she pushed him away and he fell because he was drunk.

You’re probably wondering what side I’m going to take. Neither, they’re both pathetic. The model is more interested in the best skin-care regime and his only fear while being assaulted was “My beautiful face!”. The director is just another self-important prick who should shoot himself for being so butt-ugly. I think I made my point.

Everyone wants to stand next to Shah Rukh

Posted by tigger in Shah Rukh Khan

Shah Rukh Wax

The Bank Holiday in England (it’s also a holiday here, except we call it Freedom Day) was used by people to visit the newest Bollywood attraction in London, Shah Rukh Khan’s wax statue at Madame Tussuad’s.

You can stand next to him, get your picture taken and become part of their own interactive Bollywood film poster. Yeah, whatever, I got to stand to Arnold Schwarzenegger when I was there. Let’s see the weepy loverboy beat the Terminator. “I’ll be back”…ok, that was corny.

Riteish doesn’t care if you think he’s gay

Posted by tigger in Karan Johar, Ritesh Deshmukh, Shahid Kapoor

Reti

Riteish Deshmukh doesn’t care that some of his roles have put a question mark on his sexuality. In a really long interview at NewKerela he says

“It used to upset me but I’ve stopped reacting. I think journalists should know where to draw the line. I think those who write these films should be questioned, not people who act in them. If I was offered films like ‘Masti’, ‘Kyaa Kool Hai Hum’ and ‘Bluffmaster’, which were basically boys’ films, I see no reason why they should be used to trigger off speculation on the actor’s personal life,”

Read the rest of the interview for other crap, but just for the record, I never thought that Riteish might be gay. Even if he is, he certainly isn’t in the same league as Karan Johar and his denial. Ok, I’m off to watch the cricket, might update later today if there’s some news…or if my plan to kidnap Shahid Kapoor works.

Celina wants a guy who’s just for her

Posted by tigger in Celina Jaitley

Jaitley

Well, any girl would want that, but in her case, she said she’d never want a guy that swung both ways and thought that was really wrong.

How would you like to be wooed?
Actually I am tired of being relentless wooed, guys give me a break.

What would you do if you found that your partner was cheating on you?
Began with giving him a real hard kick and then start thinking of a million ways of making his life really miserable.

Can a man and woman ever have a platonic friendship?
Only if the woman is involved in another relationship.

If you liked a particular dude, would you propose to him or wait for him to make the first move?
I rather wait for his move, belonging to the old school; I think it’s the men prerogative to propose first.

What gift would you give your guy?
Me - wrapped in fancy wrapping paper, I don’t think he would want anything better.

How would you dress on a first date, hot or just pretty?
I think I would wear a nice salwar kameez, (we pity the poor guy)

Would you want your guy to get into a fist fight, if somebody make a pass at you?
Yes, but only when it’s absolutely necessary, I don’t dig men who keep showing of their brawns for no rhyme or reason.

Many good looking guys are turning bisexual?
I hope that I don’t end up liking a guy who swings both ways. Although sexuality is a very personal choice, I think men should decide either they are gay or straight, playing for the both sexes is wrong by my standards.

Is marriage meant for keeps?
Yes marriage is meant for keeps; both the partners should stick to each other in richness and poverty, sickness and health. It’s really beautiful to see some old couples still madly in love with each other.

Among the current crop of young politicians, who do you find the best looking?
I would pick Omar Abdullah and Rahul Gandhi.

Yeah, that’s surprisingly sweet, considering it’s Celina. I always thought she was in the “wham bam thank you ma-am” kinda thing. Guess you shouldn’t judge people by looks, so I better go apologise to that fat guy who I pushed in a dam because I thought he was a whale…or that girl that I tried to shoot because she gave me an ugly look…or that guy I shot because he wouldn’t look at me. Oh wait, that’s not normal, forget I said that.

Karan is in serious denial

Posted by tigger in Karan Johar

Karan Johar

Once again I get to talk about Karan Johar’s obvious homosexuality even though he refuses to admit it. Just admit it Karan, it’s nothing to be ashamed of…well, it is, but no-one will judge you…well, we will, but just let it out! Psychology tells us that it’s not good to repress your feelings and you’re very likely to go off the deep end and shoot yourself in the head if you don’t come out of the closet and believe me, India and Yash Raj films do not want to lose their favourite director!

Oh yeah, getting back to the main topic, Karan Johar was surprisingly quiet when beer tycoon Vijay Mallya supposedly made a gay slur on Koffee with Karan (Karan’s talk show for those who don’t know). I don’t think it even classifies as a slur. Karan asked him what he thought when he said the word “homosexuality” and Vijay said “Ugh” (That’s “Yuck” for those who don’t get caveman grunts and sounds). This is a normal reaction for anyone…I don’t get it. Oh and by the way, Karan, that’s another not-so-subtle way of asking if people would accept your sexuality. Like putting gay people in your movies isn’t enough, you have to ask what people think of homosexuals. You might as well start asking what they think of you being a homosexual or wanna really put yourself out there? Ask them if they like you and ask for a date.
